Voices of Praise
Voices of Praise Gospel Group has performed at various locations, events and occassions through out Canada and around the World. Formed fifteen years ago, the Group has made appearances on main stage with many famous artists such as Gordon Lightfoot. In 2006/2007 Voices of Praise released and toured with their first Album which presents their rich and diverse backgrounds of Caribbean, West Indian and African roots. Members are; Patrick Joseph, Jerusha Lewis, Christine Methenge, Joy Clarke, Michael Shaw, Neema Mugula, Steve Johnston and Faith Johnston.
The Event
Voices of Praise performed for the Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre (OCCSC), which was celebrating its 35th Anniversary of helping newcomers to Canada. The gala dinner with performances was hosted by MC Max Keeping.
